ABOUT

The Designers Guild is a professional, non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting, nurturing, and representing outstanding fashion talent from the Caribbean, Africa, and the global diaspora.

Founded in 2010 by designer Keneea Linton-George, the Guild has become a platform for creative excellence, cultural exchange, and global market access. We work to ensure that designers have the tools, training, and opportunities to thrive in an increasingly competitive international fashion industry.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS​

​

  • Funding upgrades to textile/fashion department at The Edna Manley College.

  • Organising collective showcases for designers at Miami Beach fashion week and London Fashion Week.

  • Delivering industry training in garment construction, quality control, and retail strategy.

  • Producing a fashion documentary celebrating Caribbean heritage and talent. (Current)

  • Facilitating fashion design scholarships to The University of Technology, and London College of Fashion.
